Slow Down When Someone Dies

This book is a call to everyone, and particularly carers, to take time during the days after someone’s last breath to tend to their own longer term wellbeing. It contains inspiration to help people consider what’s right for them and all the practical information for them to be able to do what’s right for them when a significant person steps out of their life in a physical way.

It is currently available in paperback (£12) and eBook (£6) format. It is also available as a pdf, with an invitation to make a donation, from
