Slow Down When Someone Dies

This book is a call to everyone, and particularly carers, to take time during the days after someone’s last breath to tend to their own longer term wellbeing. It contains inspiration to help people consider what’s right for them and all the practical information for them to be able to do what’s right for them when a significant person steps out of their life in a physical way.

It is currently available in paperback (£12) and eBook (£6) format. It is also available as a pdf, with an invitation to make a donation, from admin@pushingupthedaisies.org.uk.

We have included direct links to some sources below. Note that the book is currently taking about 2 weeks to arrive from Lulu.

We understand that the book can also be ordered through any UK bookshop including Waterstones. Apart from Yeadon’s of Elgin, delivery may be several weeks when ordered through a bookshop. Please let us know of any difficulties you have ordering the book.

Ideally we would like for bookshops and other shops in Scotland to stock the book so that people have easy access to the information. If you are able to help arrange for your local bookshop, or other shop, to stock the book please get in touch with Lin and Kate at office@slowdownwhensomeonedies.scot.

**** If you order the book online it would be very helpful if you could leave a review. Apparently this really helps online visibility. ****
